I believe its called a "shim and bucket" setup. I was told that I would need longer valves to use these. Also, if you do it make sure you get the type that is shim under the lifter, that way the cam has the whole top of the lifter to travel on. Lastly, you might want to concider making a combo scatter shield/tranny wrap (use kevlar) just in case some thing in the tranny blows up at 9k RPM's. The last thing you want is for the flywheel to come thru the floor and cut your feet off. That would suck. =) Good luck, keep us posted.
